Recette Sauce Tropicale
La petite touche exotique pour donner à vos sandwiches un air de vacances. Cette sauce est délicieuse avec du poulet ou du thon.
Ingrédients
Préparation de la recette
- Passer 4 gros poivrons rouges au grill pour faire noircir la peau.
- Enlever la peau des poivrons et les couper en morceaux.
- Émincer un oignon finement.
- Éplucher la mangue, couper la chair en petits dés et réserver.
- Dans une casserole, faire revenir l’oignon émincé dans un peu d’huile.
- Quand il est translucide, ajouter les poivrons coupés et quelques feuilles de coriandre ciselée.
- Assaisonner avec un peu de sel et de poivre.
- Laisser mijoter à feu moyen quelques minutes en remuant.
- Passer le tout au mixer.
- Ajouter les dés de mangue à la sauce obtenue.
Service
Vous pouvez aussi ajouter la mangue avant de mixer la Sauce Tropicale, pour une préparation parfaitement onctueuse.
Les plus audacieux ajouteront une touche de piment.
