Recette Sauce au Curry Coco
La sauce au curry est facile à réaliser, particulièrement adaptée au poisson accompagné de riz cette épice Indienne sera une explosion de saveur dans votre assiette.
Ingrédients
Préparation de la recette
- Peler, presser les gousses d’ail.
- Faire fondre la pulpe de l’ail dans l’huile durant 1 minute dans une casserole.
- Saupoudrer de curry et de sucre.
- Laisser revenir 1 minute.
- Arroser avec le bouillon de volaille.
- Ajouter le lait de coco et le jus de citron vert.
- Chauffer à ébullition.
- Laisser réduire et épaissir à feu moyen pendant 5 minutes.
- Saler, poivrer.
Service
Cette sauce au curry accompagne à merveille les viandes et volailles grillées.
